Tiger Woods came out on Thursday at the 150th Open in St Andrews in search of his fourth British Open title.
He plays alongside Max Homa and Matt Fitzpatrick.
The 46-year-old champion has undergone 15 times extensive surgeries on both legs, including an injury to his right leg after a single car crash in February 2021.
He made a triumphant comeback after being laid off from the Masters earlier this year, finishing 13th on a par.
Woods withdrew from the PGA Championship at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after posting on the event’s career worst run with a 9 over 79.
Woods entered the tournament but cited injuries as a reason for his withdrawal.

3 . hole
The tiger hit the fairway to the left of the tee. His positioning was still an issue as he pushed his bird 5 feet out of the hole. Ghost is enough.

4 . hole
Tiger and the driver start at level 4. You hit the rough ball and then make its way back into the lane. Even though he’s 10 feet from the hole, he leaves it short and settles into another ghost. Each of his playing partners finishes the hole at one point.

hole 5
With a manageable average of 5, Tiger hits the right track. His flying bird was close to the pin but he didn’t make it. Missed opportunity to beat the bosses and settled on an equal footing.

7 . hole
Tiger’s hole at 7 started screaming fans, and he quickly went into the dugout on the right side. He hit the bunker and found the fairway, but darted back and to the right leaving a chip shot from about 7 feet for a bogey. He missed it and is now in deep trouble.

9 . hole
Tiger hits a good drive starting at the nominal 9th hole, landing just a few feet off the green. Announcers note that this is the second easiest day one piercing so far. His second shot is straight on the money, leaving an excellent birdie less than 10 feet from the hole. The first bird in the group comes from Homa, and the tiger follows with one. He leaves with a big smile on his face.

hole 10
Tiger starts his back at nine by hitting the pass at 10, and his second shot is just right, leaving him a few feet from the trophy for another great birdie attempt. They are birds back to birds for woods.
Tiger after 10: 4
hole 11
Hitting the last 3, Tiger hit the tee and left it 40 feet from the cup. But any momentum quickly went away as he settled into another ghost.

hole 12
Tiger drives a tee shot and lands in some thick grass, he still has a good shot for a hit at this level 4. He does a good job with his second shot and lands within a reasonable distance of the hole. Tiger’s short game ends where he misses a birdie’s shot and settles on a par.
Tiger after 12:5 and above
hole 13
Tiger hit his distinguished low-flying stinger with the drive iron and gave this one a good run in the fairway, even though his ball eventually rolled to the rough ground. Well, that wouldn’t be much fun: Tiger has a blind shot of green from a high lie in the bumpy, with wind and rough green. What can go wrong? He threw this ball high in the air and landed in the middle of the green and the ball continued to move from there. This will leave over 100 good feet for the birds. Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but it left it short. He just doesn’t have enough speed for these long shots. He erred in keeping equality and made his second ghost in three holes.

hole 14
Tiger bounced back well with a shot from a 413-yard tee that rolled to the end of the fairway, posting his longest shot of the day. The shot showed that strength was not an issue for him, and finishing. With 188 yards remaining on the hole, Tiger sliced it off the edge of the green for a tough double-hit. But he made it look easy in 14th, throwing a nice stroke to finish with a birdie, his third of the day.

hole 15
Tiger positioned himself well in Bar 4 with a tee dropped into the fairway. Another hit hit the club in the middle of the green with another bird chance in sight. But barley outlived its strength and ended up being equal.
