In a registered deposit for jurors, Raguel Pennington said he had never seen Deb Strike Hear in person. But he said he saw the wounds, and he took Heard’s face in December 2015 after a fight in which Deard says Debbie hit her in the head and probably broke her nose.
The photo shows a swollen nose, cleft lip and two moderate black eyes on Hart’s face.
She also took a photo of the strands of hair she said were torn from Herd’s scalp.
“He often had to cover his face with bruises and bruises with makeup,” Pennington said in a January 2022 form.
Pennington said he did not really consider himself Heard’s current girlfriend, and that the two had split over the past year.
Debbie Heard was sued in Virginia’s Fairfax County Circuit Court in December 2018 for describing herself as a “public figure who represents domestic abuse.” Although his name was never mentioned in the article, his lawyers say he was slandered.
Depp says he never attacked Heard and that he suffered from Heard’s abuse.
