Rutter’s raised the initial pay for employees to $17 an hour, and the company made the announcement Monday, saying it was the sixth increase in the past three years. “We have amazing employees at Rauter and we want to recognize them for their continued dedication to being an industry leader,” Susan Kramer, Vice President of Human Resources, Rotter, said in a statement. “With the summer of 2022 approaching, we are thrilled to once again increase our salaries to our team members and field staff, and we want to thank them for their efforts!” If you are interested in applying for a job at Rutter’s, you can do so here.
