The billionaire TV mogul dropped $100 million on an 11,000 square foot property in Malibu… and the place is opulent.

Byron’s new dig is located on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, so the home has sweeping ocean views. The master suite has its own fireplace, bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and private balcony.
There’s a winding path down to the beach…and Byron can jump in a golf cart if he doesn’t want to walk to the coast. He basically bought his own Malibu resort.
Byron adds to an already impressive real estate portfolio… we’re told it’s now worth $500 million… He has properties in Aspen, Beverly Hills, Maui and New York.
And get this… It’s the largest amount an African American has spent on a home in the United States, as Byron toppled the previous record – $88 million Beyonce And the Jay Z spent on Bel Air Palace.
Byron bought the place from the family that co-founded Public Storage, and his next-door neighbor is a co-founder of WhatsApp Jan Kom.
