Match 4 Results, Golf Highlights: Aaron Rodgers, Bryson DiCambo Tom Brady, Bill Mickelson

The fourth edition of The Match ended in another loss for Bill Mickelson and Tom Brady as Bryson DiCambo and Aaron Rodgers won 3 & 2 in Montana’s Big Sky on Tuesday evening. Match 4, a head-to-head charity golf event, featured plenty of golf, little junk talk and The Reserve’s incredible footage in the moonlight basin.

The front nine did not predict an early exit for Mickelson and Brady because the matches were all square and the pair made a turn. However, DiCambo and Rodgers took a lead in style on the back of nine on their way to victory, with Rodgers filtering the birds on the 10th, 11th and 12th as he caught fire with his potter.

Mickelson and Brady made a comeback in 15th place after DiCambo and Rodgers found trouble in the woods. Appropriately in style, Rodgers just arrived at the clutch in a big place. After using DiCambo’s approach on Bar-31 16, Rodgers grabbed his potter and drowned the tournament-winning 10-foot bird.

“I haven’t played much golf; I’m a good potter,” Rodgers said after the round.

“I was glad I was able to raise my partner in greens and he’s making everything today,” DiCambo said.

Mickelson and Brady went fourth and seventh again, but could not muster the extra magic. 777-yard Bar-5 In eighth place DiCambo’s 480-yard driver set his team into the race even before the flood gates opened on nine backs. That momentum broke Decombo’s life for a long time, and according to Golf, although Bryson was not satisfied, the height created an opportunity past 500 yards.

“It disappointed me,” he said. “I thought I had it, dude. It was so easy for the 550.”

Light moments were sprinkled throughout the match play event. Rob Krankowski called inside Talk to his quarterback, Brady, and take some shots at Rodgers. A bear appeared on a hole before exiting the film. A moose and several sheep did the same. Rodgers also tapped into questions About his future with the Bakers. Throughout the round, there was junk talk from every angle, including a friendly-fire, which served as a precursor to how the winners approached that day – and ultimately how they won it.

“Bryson, he’s a maniac, man,” Rodgers said. “The things he thinks and talks about are sometimes very low. But I joke with him because he’s my partner today.”

Mickelson fell 2-2 with a record of 0-2 when paired with Brady, who apologized to Lefty for dropping him off after the round. The pair previously lost to Tiger Woods and Bayton Manning in May 2020.

“I feel like an unfortunate variable for success and appearance with Bill,” Brady said.
