Lord “Lola” Lyon follows in her famous mother’s footsteps.
25 year old daughter Madonna She shared her debut single “Lock & Key” on Wednesday (August 24) under the name Lolahol, and made her way into the music industry with the seductive club anthem.
“Lock & Key,” co-produced by Earthether, arrives via her label Chemical X. The song is also accompanied by a music video directed by Eartheater and stylist-themed Leon that takes viewers through the model/dancer’s home in New York City and her outdoor neighborhoods.
Lourdes is the daughter of Madonna with Cuban-born dancer and fitness trainer Carlos Leon. In October, the budding star sat down with longtime family friend, actress Debbie Mazar, to talk about growing up with Madge for an interview magazine. Lourdes said that unlike her mother who is always loud and multimedia does not have a “specific” career goal, Preferring to indulge in modeling and dancing, but also had some reservations about following the family path in acting or music.
“Honestly, the actors really bother me and I can’t be around them. As for the music, I can sing. I just don’t care. I made it clear that privacy is key to keeping her life as normal as possible.”
“I’ve been judged since she was very young, but I think the privacy is the reason I was able to keep my wits about me and not find myself in a mental institution,” she said. “I want to know who I am before I let anyone else try to tell me who I am, you know?”
