It took 13 years to rouse the legend that was Gouryella. But that wait was worth everything. One word pretty much does say it all – Anahera. What a massive piece of art that was! If human emotion was to be depicted in the form of a track, one would blindly pick Anahera to justify for the same.

And today, as we almost complete a year celebrating the masterpiece that was Anahera, the legendary Ferry Corsten gives us another reason to rejoice as he unveils the newest master work from his beloved trance alias. Titled ‘Neba’(meaning “Heaven” in Slovakian), the record is entrenched in sweeping melodies, tinged in rolling bass lines and atmospheric in its orchestral arrangement, all of which gives it an instantly propelling charm. It’s classic Gouryella.

There is something enticing about Gouryella that does make you stay for more. The reason why people tend to get goose-bumps or cry when to listen to a beautiful melody is because they connect to it on a very deep level. It is an unexplainable feeling that cannot be put across easily in words. Neba manages to evoke those feelings.

On a post, Ferry stated “This is something I’m very excited about. The last weeks I noticed more and more people asking me via socials; Ferry will we get a new Gouryella this year? Well, the wait is over. This is the official follow up to Anahera;#‎NEBA.” The track was officially released on the 13th of June via Flashover recordings.

Considering that this is the official follow up to Anahera, this track definitely did have a lot to live upto, and it successfully manages to do so. The song is packed with beauty and emotion and contains all the necessary components that essentially make it a perfectly well rounded uplifting track.

It is said that the most beautiful and precious feelings in the world cannot be bought. They can only be experienced and felt. With those words, I hereby invite you to come on this magical journey and enjoy the pleasures of this freshly unearthed gem, Neba.
