David Vasig — the Spectrum SportsNet Dodgers reporter — appeared on the cast after his Bernie the Brewers ride didn’t go as planned at American Family Field in Milwaukee.
The Dodgers broadcast showed Vassegh’s flight down the slide, who saw the reporter repeatedly shout, “holy crap” – before hitting a supporting wall and immediately grabbed his right arm.
Vasig, who seemed to have his right arm stuck behind him when he hit the wall, was in pain as he grabbed his arm and rolled on the ground.
Dodgy anchors Joe Davis and Nomar Garciabarra couldn’t stop laughing, as Davis said, “First I want to report, he’s fine.”
Then Vasig appeared in the broadcast with a soft calm up to his elbow.
“Hey guys, doing my stunts, Tom Cruise style,” he said with a smile.

When Vassegh interviewed Austin Barnes, who came in in a 2-1 Los Angeles win, the Dodgers’ catcher said, “This was for you. I know you had a little accident today on the slide. We’re all gathered for you today.”
