Advance Wars 1 + 2: Re-Boot Camp It was originally supposed to release last year until Nintendo decided it needed some More time in the oven. Then it was delayed (again) due to The ongoing crisis in Ukraine. So when will this turn-based tactical strategy war game be released?
There is a new rumor circulating across the Internet that fans of Andy, Sammy, Max and their co-workers may wait until next year. It all stems from a Twitter user Enter Zalman (As I spotted it GameXplain), who recently received an email update about Advance Wars for Switch pre-orders — indicating that the game won’t arrive until next year.
The date on the retailer’s website itself has also been changed to February 24, 2023. While a delay to next year may be possible, admittedly the exact date is odd – online commentators highlight how exactly this will be a year after the invasion. Ukraine. As a reminder, this was the message Nintendo originally released the second time Advance Wars 1 + 2 Re-Boot Camp was delayed:
“In light of recent global events, we have made the decision to postpone Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, which was originally scheduled to release on the Nintendo Switch on April 8th. Please stay tuned for updates on the new release date.”
The retailer itself was reportedly right about a release date Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition. Nintendo’s last update on the Advance Wars release date was during the Written Report (dating back to May) – the release date is listed as TBA.
Although Advance Wars has been postponed on two separate occasions, it It didn’t stop some people from running it. In fact, someone got early access to the game via the Switch eShop earlier this year. Eventually, Nintendo revoked access to its game, but the 2-in-1 version appears to be in a fully playable state.
Do you think we’ll see Advance Wars get a Switch version Before end of this year? Or do we have to wait until 2023? Leave your thoughts below.
